- From Beijing International Airport:
The participant who will arrive in Beijing Airport can take the Shuttle-Bus from Beijing International Airport to Tianjin downtown. The station is located at the Gate of the Arrival. The cost of the ticket is 70RMB and the trip time will be two hours. Then, you may take taxi to the King Hall Hotel directly.
- From Beijing South Railway Station:
The participant can take the Express Train (Beijing–Tianjin) to Tianjin Railway Station around 29 mins directly. The cost will be 50~70RMB. Then, you may take taxi or bus No. 13, 832 or 951 to the King Hall Hotel directly.
- From Tianjin International Airport:
The participant can take taxi to King Hall Hotel. The cost will be ~70RMB.
- 自北京首都国际机场：
代表可以乘坐北京国际机场——天津民航大楼的机场穿梭大巴至天津市区，每15-30分钟一趟，票价70元，然后可乘出租车至君豪大酒店。
- 自北京南站：
自北京转车的代表可以在新北京南站（永定门）乘坐北京-天津的高速火车抵达天津（东）站，每30分钟一趟，行程29分钟，票价50-70元。
- 自天津东站：
抵达天津东站后，可乘出租车或公交13、951或832路到达体院北站（或体育学院站）前行500米即可抵达君豪大酒店。
- 自天津西站：
抵达天津东站后，可乘出租车或乘952路公交车抵达体育学院站，至君豪大酒店。
- 自天津滨海国际机场：
乘坐出租车即可抵达君豪大酒店。时间约30分钟，票价约60-80元。
The formal Welcome Reception of the meeting will be held at King Hall Hotel 19:00-20:00pm on November 7, 2008. All participants are encouraged to register before this time as early as possible.
会议正式欢迎招待会将于11月7日晚7：00-8：00在报到注册地点——君豪大酒店举行，请参会代表务必在此前报到注册，出席招待会（招待会后即有专题演讲）。
